What type of support do you provide?
We provide in home support, Community Support and Respite Support. We will work with you to tailor a support plan that best meets your needs and based around the goals in your NDIS plan. We will then match you with a suitable worker to support you in achieving your goals. Please refer to our services page for more information
Do you only do 1:1 support?
As well as 1:1 support we can also provide group support. We offer both 1:2 and 1:3 support.
An example of this is you might have 2 family members on the NDIS, so we can offer to do a 1:2 support.
How do you match me with a support worker?
When we initially meet with you, we will try and gather as much information about you. We will find out your likes, dislikes, goals, cultural considerations and any specific support needs. We will then match you with a support worker who best suits your profile. All our workers have their own profile, which has their likes, dislikes, and strengths . We will send you a profile on which worker we believe best suits your needs. Then with your approval, you will be matched with this worker.
Do you do overnight support?
Yes we can do overnight support as a sleep over model or an active awake shift. We can do 24 hour support.
Our shifts start at a minimum of 2 hours.
Do I have to commit to a certain period?
No you do not have to commit to a certain period. We can do shifts as per your request or shifts on a regular basis.
