Respite Support

At Eley Care we will work with you to tailor a support plan that is centred around the goals made in your NDIS plan. This could include support that offers respite care. We understand your parents/guardian might go away for a holiday or you would like a getaway yourself. We can offer to do respite in your home or match you with a support worker if going on a holiday. We will ensure you a properly matched with a support worker that can best help you fulfil these goals and get the respite you and your family need. Respite service offered:
